To getting started as white label with XD Markets, we require the following documentation:


The required documents are as follows:

• Passport copies for all beneficial owners and representatives of the Company
• Proof of address for all beneficial owners and representatives of the Company

In addition, we require the following documentation for the Company:

• Certificate of Registration (certified as a true copy)
• Memorandum and  Articles of Association (certified as a true copy on the first page, last page and the page that states the shares /capital)
• Certified Register Form (certified as a true copy)
• Proof of address for Company Head Office

All the company documents must be recently certified on each page by a lawyer, accountant or notary public to "certify that they are true copies of the original". Important: Please ensure the certification is dated within the last six months.
